Core features

01 · The challenge

What was broken, what was at stake

Forensic engineers work on roofs, at fire scenes, at component failure sites — usually far from the office, with their hands full. Paper measurement tools, flipping through reference photos on a tablet, then writing up a project back at base was slow and error-prone.

02 · The approach

How we thought about it

Put the whole field workflow on the phone the engineer already carries. Not a "let's digitise the form" project — a deliberate rethink of what can be done on-site to cut turnaround from days to hours.

03 · What we built

The actual solution

A mobile app with four functional pillars. Toolbox: camera-enabled pitch gauge, level, compass and ruler. Roofing Guide: searchable reference images with side-by-side comparison. SubroScore℠: a proprietary scoring model that flags subrogation potential in the field. Submit a Project: submit investigations across all four service lines directly from the device.

04 · The results

What shipped, what changed

A specialist tool that replaced paper, calipers and return-to-office delays with a single field-grade app. Project submission moved from days to same-day.
