A senior engineering partner you can actually work with
Burned by an offshore body-shop? You're not alone. Most CTOs and VPs we meet have a story.
We're the team that takes ownership end to end. One senior PM. Engineers who stay. Code you can read. Decisions you don't have to chase.
Nineteen years of it. Ten million lines of code. IKEA, ABC News, DaVita, Fox40, KFC and many more.

International Brands We've Shipped For
Led by · Founder and CEO
Amit Jindal
The senior team you actually want has a senior at the top. Amit Jindal, Aquevix's founder, has spent 34 years in the trenches — including a Worldwide Director role at Rogue Wave Software in the United States. He still writes code, sits in standups, and reviews pull requests on every engagement we take on.
- · Ex-Director, Worldwide Software Development at Rogue Wave Software (USA, Quovadx Inc) — teams across 6 countries, 300,000 customers, USD 120M product portfolio.
- · ISO C++ WG21 standardisation working group. WS-OASIS, IBM and i18n Unicode standards. Real engineering, not project management theatre.
- · Technical advisor to Sun Microsystems, Intel and HP. Member of Microsoft Executive Inner Circle and Sun Executive Board Room.
- · Speaker at LinuxWorld San Francisco, New York and Boston. MS from Rochester Institute of Technology, USA.
Who we serve
Four kinds of international teams end up working with us
Product-led SMEs
₹5–500 Cr revenue equivalent, needing a senior engineering partner without the big-firm overhead.
CTOs and VPs of Engineering
Who've been burned by offshore body-shops and want one team that takes ownership end to end.
Founders post-Series A
Needing to scale a product past the MVP stage without hiring 20 engineers in one quarter.
Internal teams that need augmentation
Dedicated squad embedded with your own engineers. No middle-management layer between your PM and ours.
Engagement models
Three shapes. The one that fits your problem, not ours.
Fixed scope, fixed price
Best for well-defined projects with clear deliverables. You get a signed scope, a fixed price, and a shipping date. No time-and-material surprises.
Good for
Well-specified MVPs, modernisation projects, bounded integrations.
Dedicated squad
A senior team embedded full-time with your product. Monthly billing, quarterly check-ins, clear ramp-up and ramp-down. Squad sizes from 3 to 12.
Good for
Ongoing product development, scaling an existing team, long-arc engagements.
Time and materials
Billed weekly. Full transparency on hours and tasks. Best where scope will evolve: discovery, research, exploratory builds.
Good for
Early-stage research, bespoke systems where discovery is the work.
How we work
Five practices that make a partner actually reliable
One PM per engagement
Account manager as the one person who owns your engagement, sits in your standups, and knows the code.
Weekly deployments. On the day of your choosing.
Working software, not slides. You see exactly what shipped that week and what's coming next.
Timezone overlap every day
India to EU: 4+ hours. India to US East: 2.5–3 hours in your morning. India to US West: we shift our day for you.
Code review and CI from day one
Not a deliverable we tack on. Pull requests reviewed by senior engineers, tests running on every commit, security scans baked into CI.
You own everything
Source, credentials, infrastructure, documentation. Handover is a scheduled, practiced event, not a scramble at the end.
What you're really checking
The questions that decide whether a partner is serious
IP ownership
Standard NDA + Work-for-Hire clause in every engagement. You own every line of code, every commit, every artefact from day one. No background IP claims.
Data residency
We work within your chosen region (AWS US, EU, Singapore, Mumbai; Azure equivalents; GCP; your on-prem). We don't move data across regions without written approval.
GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA readiness
We've worked on products that needed each. We'll bring the process discipline; you'll need to decide which certifications your product pursues.
Team continuity
Named engineers on your squad, not a rotating pool. Senior engineers stay with us.

What CTOs ask us first
The honest answers to the questions you're about to ask
We've been burned by offshore body-shops. How are you different? +
It comes down to two things: process and people who stay. Process means every engagement runs the same disciplined playbook, written and repeatable: discovery before code, weekly demos, code review on every PR, automated tests at every layer, CI/CD from day one, structured handover at the end. Nothing depends on heroics or tribal memory. People who stay means the seniors who design your system are the same seniors three years in. You don't get a star architect for the kickoff and a junior team a quarter later. The combination — a process that doesn't drift and seniors who don't rotate out — is exactly what body-shops can't offer, because their model assumes both will.
How do timezone differences actually work day to day? +
India overlaps 4+ hours with CET, 2.5 to 3 hours with US Eastern mornings. We hold all stand-ups in your morning. Urgent issues get escalated over WhatsApp or Slack with named on-call engineers. For US Pacific, we shift start times. It's a solved problem. We've done it for 15+ years.
What about IP protection and NDAs? +
Every engagement starts with mutual NDA and a Work-for-Hire clause. You own all code, documentation, and artefacts from commit #1 that is already paid for. We're open to your paper; we also have a standard template that most legal teams accept in one round.
Can you integrate with our existing US/EU infrastructure? +
Yes. AWS, Azure, GCP, Heroku, Cloudflare, Hetzner, Linode or your own metal: we've shipped on all of them. We work within your region and access controls.
Do you do staff augmentation or only project work? +
We do not do staff augmentation. We do full project ownership (fixed-scope or T&M). The engagement model fits the problem, not our business model preference.
What size engagements do you typically handle? +
$5K to $200k+ per engagement. Squad sizes 2 to 12 people. We don't chase enterprise deals that require 50+ people. Not because we can't, but because we'd stop being the senior team you hired.
Can we talk to existing international clients? +
Yes. On a short-list call we'll introduce you to one or two current clients in a similar stage. We ask them first; they usually say yes.
