AI fails in factories when the first rollout is abstract. SPARK chooses narrow, obvious, high-payoff wins, so the first wave of people to touch AI are the ones who tell the rest it works.

Objective

Deploy 2–3 AI tools that deliver visible, measurable ROI within weeks, not months. Build the organisation's confidence that AI works and create internal champions who'll drive later phases.
