The seven phases are SCOUT (readiness assessment), STRUCTURE (data foundation), SPARK (quick-win AI pilots), SCALE (shop-floor AI), SYNC (cross-function integration), STRENGTHEN (governance + workforce), SUSTAIN (autonomous operations). The framework accounts for Indian realities that global frameworks ignore — Tally + Excel + WhatsApp stacks, vernacular operators, DPDP compliance, family-business governance, ₹5–50 lakh IT budgets.

3. **Custom Build** — apps and bespoke systems for non-manufacturing buyers.
