When it comes to money, we all want to be flexible. Aquevix understands your needs. We offer the following price models. If these do not meet your needs, please let us know and we will find a way to work with you! Quick Overview of different pricing models:
AQUE:FIXED - FIX COST PROJECTSFixed cost model is a business model where cost of the project is negotiated before starting and deliverables are delivered for the agreed cost. This model is most suited for projects that are well understood and well defined and scope of work is properly established before hand. With the help of scope and deliverables, we are able to accurately identify the costs associated with the project and can provide you best way to achieve your project goals. Fixed cost projects are governed by Service Level Agreements (SLA) or Statement of Work (SOW). These documents clearly identify what needs to be done and what is not to be done. Any deviation from these documents call for additional funds that may need to be allocated based on the required changes. Cost of software/hardware may be included in the project or billed separately depending on contract agreement. Fixed cost projects are usually done for the following types of projects:
AQUE:FLAT - TIME AND MATERIALS OR FLAT MONTHLY COSTTime and materials model is a business model where customer is charged hourly for the resources that they need. This model is most suited for projects where scope of work and final deliverables is not known. Since there is no fixed scope and deliverables, it is difficult to identify the cost of the project before hand. Time and Materials projects are usually resource driven. The customer is charged based on requirements of the personnel needed for the task. Cost of software needed is directed to client and licenses are returned upon completion of the project. Some basic hardware/software is provided by aquevix. Time and Materials projects are usually done for the following types of projects:
AQUE:FLEX - MIXED MODE WITH TIME & MATERIALS AND FIXED COSTIn reality, many software projects do not have the requirements upfront. To give you the best of both worlds, we customized this model so you have the flexibility you need and save a few bucks doing so. Mixed mode model is a business model where project starts with Time and Materials based costing and as the project matures and scope is finalized, we move to a fixed cost model. Customer can definitely choose to continue in Time and Materials model if they like. This model is most suited for projects where scope of work and final deliverables is not known initially but is expected to be well understood and well documented long before the project completes.
